| I try to keep all the tools in my standard line in stock and ready to ship. Unless there is something specifically indicating a tool is
unavailable (like "temporarilly out of stock"), you can quite safely consider that tool is in stock. I update the site quite often.
I don't make the trip into town every day to the Post Office. Packages are sent out two or three times a week - every Monday and then Wednesday and/or Friday. All orders are sent for free via USPS Air Mail. I even ship most orders East of the Rockies via Priority Mail because it's a little faster and not much more expensive. | ||||

All your information must be entered correctly. The billing address for your credit card, for example, must be as it is on your statements. If you are unable to get your order to go through, please don't hesitate to contact me so we can get it processed. It would be unfortunate for electronic processing difficulties to stand in the way of you obtaining some of my tools. | ||||

My carving knives are intended for serious wood carvers. They are razor sharp and can be very dangerous if used improperly. Please be careful and don't allow young people to use them unsupervised. Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed. If you have a problem of any kind with one of my knives, please let me know. I will make it right with you. |
