  Straight knives for wood carving include chip carving knives and general whittling knives. These are all hand forged and razor sharp with very fine bevel. Made of high carbon steel.  
  Bent knives, also known as crooked knives. These are hand forged at North Bay Forge. For wood carving spoons and bowls.   Drawknives are like spokeshaves for wood carving. Use for bow making, spars for wooden boats, musical instrument making, peeling bark off trees.  
Adzes are hand made at North Bay Forge.
